WHO WE ARE
Located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, IPM Occupational Therapy was established in 2010 by Ryan Dueck after recognizing a need for injury prevention and management in the workplace industry. We believe a good ergonomics program ensures that the right tools and equipment are provided, and that employees are properly trained to use their bodies and equipment to their full potential.
Ergonomics is a partnership between design and education. Our goal is to work with you to reduce physical discomfort, strain, poor workplace design, and repetitive task injuries.
We work with individuals, offices, and business across Saskatchewan.
Ryan has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for 21 years in Saskatoon, and specializing in vocational and workplace rehabilitation for 13 years. Ryan started his education in Saskatoon, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and a Master's degree in Biomechanics, in the study of human movement, from the University of Saskatchewan. He continued his studies in Winnipeg and obtained a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Manitoba.
Ryan is the Saskatchewan Representative of the Association of Canadian Ergonomics and his training includes the Professional Residency Program with Roy Matheson and Associates. He holds memberships with the Association of Canadian Ergonomists, The Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists, and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
